FLT Driver – Counterbalance
Avonmouth (Chittering Estate)
£13.50 per hour

Monday to Friday
Either shift pattern: 06:00–14:00 / 13:00–20:00

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their team at their Avonmouth site.

Role Overview:
You will be working both in the warehouse and out in the yard, so this role involves all-weather outdoor work. The position requires confident and safe operation of a counterbalance FLT, with a strong focus on pallet handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance FLT
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Loading HGV class 1 and 2 efficiently
• Working in and out of the yard in all weather conditions
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance FLT licence
• Strong experience with pallet loading and unloading
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors
